Clients
We have grown with our clients, not through them.
Fifty years in facilities services produces one claim that cannot be manufactured: relationships that have simply continued. Fieldmen has aligned with the growth of its principals rather than replacing lost accounts with new ones.
Selected engagements
What the work looks like in practice.
How an engagement works
Assessed on site, costed per post, supervised by a named coordinator.
No standard package. Our specialists assess the property, then the crew and the shift pattern are built to what the building actually needs.
-
Site assessment
Our specialists walk the property to identify what it needs — the scope, the headcount, the shift pattern and the equipment.
-
Proposal and costed crew
A written proposal against DOLE-compliant rates, with the cost per post set out rather than bundled into a single figure.
-
Screening and deployment
Crews are pre-screened, background-checked, exam-passed, uniformed, bonded and insured before they arrive.
-
A named area coordinator
One of 22 coordinators owns your site. Escalation goes to a person, not a hotline.
-
Portal access
Your contracts, the staff assigned to you, billing and payment records — and a direct line to raise a concern with your client manager.
Client portal
See who is on your site today.
Every Fieldmen client gets an account on the same portal our own staff use. You see your contracts, the people assigned to your sites, your billing and payment history, and you can leave performance notes or raise a concern directly with the client manager responsible for your account.
You see your own sites and nothing else — enforced in the database, not by a filter on a screen.
Considering a change of provider?
Most of our engagements begin as a single building alongside an incumbent. Tell us the property and the scope and we will assess it, then propose.
