Fieldmen began in the 1960s in garbage-collection contracting and outdoor maintenance, and was incorporated with the SEC on November 13, 1974. Teresa G. Arguelles, a director since 1974, assumed the presidency in October 1997.
Half a century later the group runs housekeeping, landscaping and allied services across the country, alongside its investment arm — and has kept the same standard the whole way.
