Fieldmen has been staffing Philippine property for fifty years — Ayala and Robinsons buildings, De La Salle campuses, SM malls, Ortigas estates. That means a Fieldmen uniform is recognised at the guardhouse of some of the best-run properties in the country, and it means your work is seen.
Every crew member is fully trained, uniformed, bonded and insured. You are put through a pre-qualification exam before deployment because the standard is real, and you are assigned an area coordinator whose job is to be reachable when something on site goes wrong.

Most of our area coordinators started on site. Fifteen housekeeping and seven landscaping coordinators run the field today; every one of them holds a post that someone was promoted into.

Every Fieldmen employee is screened, including a criminal background check. Our clients require it and we do not make exceptions.
